Call for abstracts

The European Tourism Research Institute (ETOUR) has extended the deadline for abstract submissions for the 31st Nordic Symposium on Tourism and Hospitality that will be held at Mid Sweden University, Östersund, Sweden on 19.-21. September 2023. The new deadline for submissions is May 12th 2023.

A variety of interesting thematic sessions are now open for abstract submission, as well as extended abstracts that relate to the overall conference themes. An overview of proposed sessions and the conference themes can be located HERE.

The ITRC is involved in organising a session for the conference this year Airbnb hosts: Platform-based entrepreneurship and sustainable development in rural Nordic regions and invites all interested parties to send in an abstract!

The conference is a part of the forum Nordic Symposium on Tourism and Hospitality Research. This year's conference, entitled Rethinking tourism for a sustainable future times is the 31st in the conference series.
