We Lead concludes with great results
The ITRC was a participant and leading partner in the Erasmus+ Project WE LEAD. The project was carried out in cooperation with companies and institutions in Denmark, Ireland, Spain, and Iceland. The project started in October 2022 and formally concluded this January.
The project and its resources were evaluated by independent Erasmus+ experts and got a score of 90 out of 100 possible. We Lead has therefore been marked as and will be promoted as a Best Practice project by Iceland’s The National Office. We Lead’s partners are very pleased with the recognition of the hard work they put into creating the resources.
The main aim of the project was to create open educational resources and training programs to equip VET educators with knowledge of current facts and best practices relating to the challenges, development needs and opportunities faced by women in tourism, hospitality, and leisure.
