This week, ITRC welcomed Dr Magdalena Kugiejko to Akureyri office.

For the next few week, ITRC and the We Lead team welcomes Rabab Hussein as an intern. Rabab is a master student in Island studies and will focus her work on one of the project's Modules.

The ITRC announces call for papers to the new peer reviewed tourism research Journal of Arctic Tourism (ArcTour). The journal is an online only, open access, free of charge forum for interdisciplinary discussions on tourism in the Arctic

The Icelandic Travel Industry Association and ITRC annually assign two awards in recognition of an outstanding dissertation on tourism produced by a student/students of an Icelandic university.
